80% of people don’t get enough of what?

  • Vegetables
  • Sleep
  • Exercise
  • Calories

Answer: Exercise

While it can be difficult to get the healthy food and sleep a body needs, most people find getting enough exercise to be the trickiest. Fortunately, exercise doesn’t have to mean a trip to the gym. It’s just important to be moving.

So try to find times in your day to get outside this summer, take a walk around the block or stretch your body. And if you can put 30 minutes of activity together each day — even if it’s just 10 minutes here and there – that’s great. For more exercise tips and advice, click here.
