Looking after yourself in a healthy way, whether it’s taking your medicine properly or getting active, means managing your condition from day to day to feel your best. By having the right tools and resources, and knowing how to care for yourself, you may be more confident and better prepared to handle what comes your way. You are not alone — there are tools and people out there to help. The challenge may be opening yourself up to all the help and support that is available to you.
